8/16/08 Day of Rest with the Olympics

A day of rest was needed (more wanted) and the TV reception was still awesome so relaxing was the order of the day. Cell service was difficult, but I connected with a few of you in person. Thank you for all the birthday wishes by phone message and email. My phone wouldn’t ring, but the chime would sound when a message was left. Gotta love the science of cell technology. I was able to bring the blog up to date and upload more pictures to my website using very slow Internet service, but I had all day so that worked well.
