HOORAY!!! NO CANCER

10/16/08 Well, the announcement of NO CANCER in Terry is now totally official. The doctor's office got back to us with the final results of the comparisons from all of his CT Scans since the surgery. I think the official line is, "no progression of disease" which results in back flips. Yeah!! He sees the doc in mid December and then has another scan in February. Praise the Lord!!!

The routine of Terry up way later and me up way early has reestablished itself and seems to work well for us both. We are slowly getting a handle on the yard, the clean-up of the house and vehicles. Of course we have spent time with the family. The kiddos are sure glad to see us. We are enjoying the new season of Dancing with the Stars. Terry is enjoying the free access to CNN, PBS, the history channel and more at his every whim.

I seem to be appreciating the fall colors more this year after a taste of what it is like in New England. Even here we get brilliant reds among our yellows, greens and browns. I found some fall colors on the web and wow, they are brilliant so I do want to go back again in early October to see the show. Terry could care less which is okay.

Here are a few more random pictures from our trip. Yellowstone Park along one of the small rivers, Yellowstone Falls, the dirt road in the Tetons where we got stuck on a bank when turning around, a fall colors picture of New England that I got off of the Internet. The Catskills of my imagination look like this now after we saw them just starting to change.
