9/8/08 The Hummer3 Rental Car

didn't have a clean compact car so they gave us this at no extra charge. We really felt conspicuous driving it around but it has been fun. Terry loves the U-turn in this this. Sure beats the bus which takes doesn't even do U-turns. Off we went towards Acadia National Park downeast (northeast up the coast) of Maine. Bar Harbor and other fishing villages are on this island and it is just beautiful. We decided it looked familiar like British Columbia with it's rugged coast. Awesome! Had our first lobster and it was grand.
